The Manager on Rotana

12.17.2008 - Entertainment - Comments [0]

Rotana has launched a new reality/ talent show, which is supposed to be very big!

The show is entitled 'The Manager', reminds me very much of Donald Trump's show 'The Apprentice', and is a quest to find someone qualified enough and worthy of becoming a manager at Rotana.

The show began last Sunday with a press conference aiming at shedding some light on the concept of the show and that it's a 100% Arabic idea, which will be exported to the rest of the world ... if it succeeds!

So, the host of the show is Farah Ben Rajab and the jury panel consists of well-known names in show business, like Simone Asmar and Tony Samaan.

During the past few months the task of choosing the four contestants was very difficult, but was accomplished. the contestants who will be fighting for the title 'The Manager' are:

Bandar Dosari from Saudi Arabia.

Azza Qahbish from Tunisia.

Tareq Al Kik from Lebanon.

Ibrahim Sawahel from Egypt.

The show will go on during for nine weeks. Each Sunday night there will be a prime.

Last Sunday, the first prime welcomed Egyptian singer Angham as the first guest of honor and introduced the show and contestants to the viewers.

Have you tuned in to the first prime of The Manager?

What did you think? Will it be a success? Is it really interesting?
