Israeli killed, other wounded in missile attack; Palestinians stab Israelis in West BankOne Israeli was killed and fourteen others injured by a Palestinian Grad missile which went off near a construction site in the coastal town of Ashkelon. Most of the wounded were Arab construction workers. Five were in serious condition, four in moderate condition, and five suffered light injuries.

According to Haaretz, some 20 rockets have been fired into Israel since Monday morning - eight which hit Ashkelon, five struck Sderot and four others which struck various towns in the western Negev.

Meanwhile, a Palestinian laborer on Monday morning stabbed three Israelis in the ultra-Orthodox settlement of Kiryat Sefer. One of the wounded was reported in serious condition.

Another Israeli was later found wounded after suffering stab wounds at the hands of another Palestinian. The first Palestinian stabber, who works as an air conditioner technician, attempted to flee following the attack, Israeli reports said. Armed civilians nearby opened fire, wounding him moderately before taking him into custody.
