BAGHDAD,(Reuters) - Brazilian coach Jorvan Viera has agreed another stint in charge of Asian champions Iraq.
Viera will sign a one-year contract in Baghdad on Tuesday, Iraqi soccer federation general secretary Ahmed Abbas said on Monday.
The Brazilian stepped down after his side beat Saudi Arabia in the 2007 Asian Cup final.
Iraqi Adnan Hamad was fired as coach in June after the team lost to Qatar and failed to qualify for the 2010 World Cup.
